Defects of the tool that are attributed to ignorance of operating instructions, to applications not in accordance with the intended use, to abnormal environmental factors, to extraneous operating conditions, to overloading or to improperly performed maintenance or cleaning. Defects of the tool that are caused by use of defective and unsuitable accessories or spare parts which are not Makita original. Exchanged tools or parts will pass into our property. Please note that for users safety protection non-repairable tools will not be reassembled. The warranty claim only applies during the warranty period. For this the tool in question together with the original proof of purchase (stating the appointed service centre).  

Always wear the correct protective gear when working with hand tools  

Never point the tool at people or yourself. Be sure everyone in your work area is wearing the same type of safety glasses. Wear and do wear individual ear protection close to the tool use. Wear any other necessary protection equipment such as gloves and adapted working clothes. tie back your hair and do not wear loose clothing. Never use oxygen, carbon dioxide or any other bottled gas as a power source for this tool. the tool could explode and serious personal injury could result. Use only lubricated, water-free compressed air at the recommended pressure.
