Gift Guide was born out of wanting to extend our services and open up further opportunity outside of the watch and jewellery industry. Our team has over 40 years of retail service, extensive knowledge in “lifestyle luxuries” and customer service. The need for online shopping is consistently growing and we saw a space in the market for our services. While our key focus is customer service, we also pride ourselves on the quality products we have in our online store. Every product is required to fulfil strict criteria before being listed.
We offer aftersales services including fitting watch batteries and watch repairs etc, as well as a full jewellery repair department for resizing, polishing, engraving and the like.

Most of the current clients buy because of referrals, or because clients know they are buying from a reputable company. We help our customers by ensuring that all the products we offer come with all the aftercare service, warranties, and guarantees required.
