Our target market consists of two levels of client. Firstly, the high-end client who can afford expensive, VIP products. This includes corporates and insurance companies. Secondly, the middle working class who are looking for good deals and great service. The target age group runs from 18 – 60.
A large portion of our client base purchase Garmin watches, indicating that they are interested in sports and healthy lifestyles. Most of the current clients buy because of referrals, or because clients know they are buying from a reputable company. We help our customers by ensuring that all the products we offer come with all the aftercare service, warranties, and guarantees required.
We have also started a reward program.
Goals and Objectives
Like any business, our goal is to increase revenue. Our objective is to grow our database and make Gift Guide a household name. Through real-time monitoring, we aim to tweak our marketing efforts as needed, resulting in not just traffic, but conversion of sales.
