12 Needle Files: For fine detail and delicate work, these smaller files have shapes that include Square, Round, Flat, Joint, Slitting and Equalling with coarseness from smooth cut to second cut. 12 Piece 105mm needle files with 50mm handles and a double cut pattern. NB. Some files intentionally have partially unmilled or smooth edges and surfaces for safe precision filing
Steely-Eyed Hardness: The files are made from heat-treated T12 and 82B Spring Steel High-Carbon steel alloys which have high wear resistance and hardness with low ductility. A light touch of machine oil is used to preserve their surface finish. The easy-grip handles are made from a tough PP thermoplastic with a non-slip TPR rubberised coating. The 4 large handles feature a hole for tool wall hanging
File Protection: Protect the teeth of the files by keeping them always in the large 345mm long, zipper case. Made of splash resistant Oxford cloth with a reinforced shell and a wrap-around zipper, it opens wide for easy tool access. Each tool fits snugly with elastic straps into its respective hold to prevent moving around and becoming damaged during transportation or while at the bottom of a tool bag
